ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders on MIRC Electronics can only be cancelled before they are packaged for shipping no cancellation will be accepted after dispatch.

You can cancel your order online by sending us an order cancellation request from Contact Us section

Return will be processed only if:

Customer should contact their issuer bank if the order cancelled was placed on EMI. Any interest or Closure fees assessed on EMI cancellation will not be borne by MIRC Electronics

If the order which has been cancelled was placed at a special price, under cash back, exchange, upgrade or any other offer, the same offer benefit can be availed on a new transaction only post successful processing of refund. The new transaction should also meet all offer terms to be eligible for offer benefits again.

In a rare case if a cancelled order is still delivered, please raise a return request within 24 hours at MIRC Electronics using our Contact Us section. Return will be taken only if product is unpacked and not installed and not used, with the Brand Seal intact.
Damaged product or product not as described on our website

Please open the packaging only in the presence of the Onida installation engineer and in case product found damaged/faulty, contact Onida Customer Care Number at 7490955555. Also please instruct the Installation Engineer to make a record of the nature of the damage and/or the fault in the product.

In order to be eligible for damaged/missing/product not as described claims, a call needs to be registered at the Onida call centre and a technician’s visit needs to be scheduled and done within 48 hours of the delivery.

Un-boxing of product in the absence of installation representative or without consent of MIRC personnel will result in refusal of claims for damaged product. Also external damage/defect claims will not be accepted if customer starts using a product.

In case of proven damage, Onida’s installation engineer will replace the damaged part as per process.

In case the product needs to be returned due to damage:

Inform customer care and share images of the damaged parts at @ONIDA.COM within 48 hours of MIRC Electronic engineer’s visit.

MIRC Electronic reserves the right to inspect the product and verify fault on return.

Upon confirmation of return pickup by Onida, repack and keep the product ready for return pickup.
Defective Product received

Product not delivered as per delivery confirmation message
