Mr. Gunjan Srivastava is the Managing Director & CEO of Onida Electronics Limited (formerly known as MIRC Electronics Limited). He works closely with the leadership team to drive the company's next phase of growth, transformation and value creation.

Gunjan is a highly accomplished business leader with over 30 years of experience across leading global consumer and technology-driven organisations. His expertise spans strategy, P&L leadership, go-to-market execution, digital transformation and brand building, with extensive experience across India, Asia-Pacific and Europe.

Most recently, Gunjan served as Chief Executive Officer of BSH Home Appliances UK & Ireland, where he successfully led the business through the challenges of Brexit and the post-pandemic environment. Under his leadership, the company strengthened its market position, improved profitability, streamlined operations, enhanced digital capabilities and launched a successful direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel.

Previously, as CEO & Managing Director of BSH Household Appliances India, he played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the India business by building high-performing leadership teams, expanding the brand and product portfolio, and strengthening sales, distribution and customer service capabilities. He also led the Asia-Pacific region for BSH Group, overseeing operations across India, South-East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

An alumnus of IIT (BHU), Varanasi and IIM Ahmedabad, Gunjan brings a unique combination of global perspective and strong execution capabilities. His appointment marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Onida Electronics Limited, and we are confident that under his leadership the company will continue to achieve sustainable growth and reach new milestones.

Mr. Kaval G. Mirchandani is an M.B.A, in International Management from Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management, U.S.A and has wide experience in Electronics Industry.

Mr. Kaval is also on the Board of several companies.

Manish Desai serves as Whole-time Director and CFO of MIRC Electronics Ltd. (Onida), where he leads the company's financial strategy and governance. He is responsible for overseeing finance, strategic planning, financial controls, risk management, and business transformation initiatives that support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Manish brings extensive leadership experience in corporate finance, financial planning, business transformation, and governance. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in strengthening financial performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling strategic decision-making across diverse business environments.

Prior to joining Onida, Manish held senior leadership positions with VIP Industries Ltd., Voltas Ltd., MIRC Electronics Ltd., Avenue Supermarts Pvt. Ltd., and BPL Mobile Communications Ltd. Throughout his career, he has successfully led finance functions, supported large-scale business initiatives, and contributed to organizational growth through sound financial stewardship and strategic execution.

With a strong focus on financial discipline and long-term value creation, Manish believes in building resilient financial frameworks that empower business growth, strengthen governance, and support Onida's strategic ambitions.

Mr. Sasha Mirchandani is Founder & Managing Partner at Kae Capital and Co-founder of Mumbai Angels. Previously, he was at BlueRun Ventures as Managing Director for India.

Before joining BlueRun Ventures he was CEO and Founder of Imercius Technologies. Prior to that he was at Onida Electronics Limited (formerly known as MIRC Electronics Limited) where he was Head of Corporate Affairs and new business. Mr. Sasha sits on the Boards of Nazara Technologies Limited, Fractal Analytics, Healthkart, YPO Gold Mumbai Chapter among others. He is a Charter Member at TiE Mumbai and was inducted into their 2019 Hall of Fame as an Outstanding Angel Investor. He is also a past President of Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO) Mumbai. Previously he served on the Boards of Zee Entertainment, Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited, Myntra, Tata 1Mg, Ador Welding Limited among others. He completed his Business Administration from Strayer University and did his MMDP at IIM Ahmedabad.

Mr. Arvind Sharma is a Bachelor of Science and holds PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad- 1977 batch.

In his last corporate role, Mr. Arvind Sharma was a member of Global Leadership Council of Leo Burnett Worldwide and Chairman of TLG India Pvt. Ltd., the India Subcontinent arm of the Publicis Groupe, spanning all of the Groupe’s Media, Digital and New Media services. After spending over three and half decades in marketing and advertising, Mr. Arvind Sharma has recently turned tech internet entrepreneur.

After leaving IIMA, Mr. Arvind Sharma spent his first few years in marketing with Voltas. He then switched to advertising.

Mohita Arora has 35 years of strong Marketing and Brand expertise at Procter & Gamble, Pepsico, Diageo, Godrej, Standard Chartered Bank, etc..

Currently an Operating Partner at Quest Partners-Management Consulting, and, Visiting Faculty-Marketing, at the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She has also been a Senior External Advisor to KPMG, and, Visiting Faculty-Marketing at the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.

Her width and depth of experience include Personal Care, Skin Care, Food, Wine & Spirits, Media, E-Commerce, Financial Services, Private Equity Services, Apparel, Stem Cell Banking, Agrochemicals etc..

She holds a Master of Management Studies degree from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai.

Nandini Mansinghka has been active in early-stage venture investing in India since 2010. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mumbai Angels, a leading platform for start-up investing in India.

With a personal start-up portfolio of 100+ companies, Nandini’s primary interest investment areas are in Deep tech and Hi-tech companies. Nandini's earlier ventures included two start-ups focussed on building platforms in the media space: Idyabooster and Digibooster.

Nandini has 13+ years in corporate experience prior to 2010, including stints across banking, strategy and media at J.P.Morgan and Times of India Group.

Mr. Milind Pokle has done his commerce graduation from University of Mumbai. He is a Chartered Accountant. He has done his LL.B. (General) from University of Mumbai. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He has vast experience of more than 35 years in field Audit and Accounting including Statutory.

Jayesh M. Gandhi serves as an Independent Director, bringing over four decades of experience in audit, assurance, financial advisory, corporate governance, and strategic business consulting. As a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), he provides extensive expertise in financial oversight, risk management, governance, and board leadership, helping organizations navigate complex business and regulatory environments.

Over the course of his career, Jayesh has advised several of India's leading business groups, including the ICICI Group (including ICICI Bank), Wipro Group, Tata Group, RPG Group, and Raheja Group. His expertise spans audit and assurance, mergers and acquisitions, financial valuations, due diligence, family settlements, and advisory for family-owned and owner-managed businesses. He has also completed specialized training in Family and Owner-Managed Business in the Netherlands.

Prior to his current role, Jayesh served as a Partner in the Assurance Practice at S. R. Batliboi & Co., where he led audit engagements for listed companies until his retirement. He has also served on the Boards of Sanofi Pharma, ICICI Home Finance, SBI Asset Management Company, and Sabero Organics Limited, contributing strategic guidance and governance oversight across diverse industries.
