Mr. Gunjan Srivastava is the Managing Director & CEO of Onida Electronics Limited (formerly known as MIRC Electronics Limited). He works closely with the leadership team to drive the company's next phase of growth, transformation and value creation.

Gunjan is a highly accomplished business leader with over 30 years of experience across leading global consumer and technology-driven organisations. His expertise spans strategy, P&L leadership, go-to-market execution, digital transformation and brand building, with extensive experience across India, Asia-Pacific and Europe.

Most recently, Gunjan served as Chief Executive Officer of BSH Home Appliances UK & Ireland, where he successfully led the business through the challenges of Brexit and the post-pandemic environment. Under his leadership, the company strengthened its market position, improved profitability, streamlined operations, enhanced digital capabilities and launched a successful direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel.

Previously, as CEO & Managing Director of BSH Household Appliances India, he played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the India business by building high-performing leadership teams, expanding the brand and product portfolio, and strengthening sales, distribution and customer service capabilities. He also led the Asia-Pacific region for BSH Group, overseeing operations across India, South-East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

An alumnus of IIT (BHU), Varanasi and IIM Ahmedabad, Gunjan brings a unique combination of global perspective and strong execution capabilities. His appointment marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Onida Electronics Limited, and we are confident that under his leadership the company will continue to achieve sustainable growth and reach new milestones.

Mr. Vivek Saran is the Chief Operating Officer of Onida, where he is responsible for shaping the company’s vision, driving growth and transforming the P&L of Onida Electronics Limited (formerly known as MIRC Electronics Limited). Since joining Onida in 2016, he has progressed from Head of Sales to Business Head and now as Chief Operating Officer of Onida leads all verticals for Branded Business.

With over 26 years of expertise in Sales & Marketing, network management, pricing, product P&L, forecasting and inventory control, Vivek brings a strong strategic acumen to the organization. An MBA in Marketing, he previously spent 14 years at Whirlpool India Ltd. as Director of Sales & Business and has also held critical roles at Samsung India Electronics Ltd., Godrej GE Appliances Ltd. and LG Electronics India Ltd in various part of the country.

Vivek is deeply committed to continuous improvement, fostering a culture of learning, coaching and team building. Passionate about driving innovation and sustainability, he provides thought leadership in business turnaround strategies and operational excellence, aligning with Onida’s core vision.

Manish Desai serves as Chief Financial Officer of MIRC Electronics Ltd. (Onida), where he leads the company's financial strategy and governance. He is responsible for overseeing finance, strategic planning, financial controls, risk management, and business transformation initiatives that support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Manish brings extensive leadership experience in corporate finance, financial planning, business transformation, and governance. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in strengthening financial performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling strategic decision-making across diverse business environments.

Prior to joining Onida, Manish held senior leadership positions with VIP Industries Ltd., Voltas Ltd., MIRC Electronics Ltd., Avenue Supermarts Pvt. Ltd., and BPL Mobile Communications Ltd. Throughout his career, he has successfully led finance functions, supported large-scale business initiatives, and contributed to organizational growth through sound financial stewardship and strategic execution.

With a strong focus on financial discipline and long-term value creation, Manish believes in building resilient financial frameworks that empower business growth, strengthen governance, and support Onida's strategic ambitions.

Neelam Sanguri serves as Chief People Officer of Onida Electronics where she leads the company's people strategy, talent agenda, leadership development, organizational transformation and employee engagement. She is responsible for shaping a high-performance culture, strengthening employee experience, and building people practices that support the organization's long-term growth.

Neelam brings over 16 years of leadership experience across consumer durables, technology, edutech and financial services sector. She is passionate about creating workplaces where people and business can grow together through purpose-driven leadership and continuous learning.

Prior to joining Onida, Neelam served as Chief People Officer & Chief Customer Officer at Credilio Financial Technologies, where she established and scaled the company's people function while supporting rapid business growth. Earlier in her career, she held key positions at BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing, HCL Technologies, EZScholar Edutech and Altisource Business Solutions, leading people transformation initiatives and strengthening organizational capability across diverse business environment.

Pranav Raval serves as Vice President - Sales India 1 in MIRC Electronics Ltd. (Onida), where he leads the company's growth and transformation agenda. He is responsible for driving customer-centricity, commercial excellence, channel expansion, and organizational transformation to strengthen Onida's market leadership and long-term competitiveness.

With over 30 years of experience, Pranav has built a distinguished career across the consumer durables, consumer technology, and electric mobility sectors. His expertise spans business transformation, strategic planning, market expansion, channel development, and building scalable business models that deliver sustainable and profitable growth.

Prior to joining Onida, Pranav played a key role in transforming an emerging electric mobility company, where he led the development of India's first modular electric vehicle platform strategy while establishing scalable business models and strategic partnerships. Earlier, he spent 25 years with leading global brands including BSH Home Appliances, Hitachi and Indian brand Videocon, driving go-to-market strategies, expanding distribution networks, and delivering consistent business growth across diverse markets.

Michael Karunakaran serves as Vice President - Sales India 2 at MIRC Electronics Ltd. (Onida), where he oversees sales and business operations across the South, APT, and East regions. He is responsible for accelerating regional growth, expanding market reach, strengthening channel partnerships, and delivering consistent business performance across these key markets.

With over 28 years of experience, Michael has built a distinguished career in sales leadership across the consumer durables and B2B services sectors. His expertise spans business development, channel strategy, distributor management, sales execution, and market expansion. Known for his hands-on approach, he has successfully translated business strategy into strong market execution while building resilient distribution networks and improving channel effectiveness.

Before joining Onida, Michael held leadership roles with Primeway Cargo, BSH Home Appliances he was heading all India as sales director handling all vertical of business , Rajdeep Enterprises Distribution, Panasonic, and Whirlpool. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in expanding market presence, resolving complex channel challenges, strengthening partner relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth across diverse business environments.

Michael believes that long-term success is built on strong partnerships, disciplined execution, and an in-depth understanding of market dynamics. He is focused on creating agile sales ecosystems that deliver value for channel partners, customers, and the business alike.

Vaikunth Ganapathy serves as Vice President - Sales Transformation & Institutional Sales at MIRC Electronics Ltd. (Onida), where he leads sales transformation initiatives across the AC, LED TV, and Washing Machine businesses. He is responsible for driving sell-out strategy, capability development, digital transformation, and institutional sales to strengthen market performance.

Vaikunth holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Management Education & Research Institute, New Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He has also completed executive programmes at ISB and MICA, further strengthening his expertise in leadership and brand management.

With over 26 years of experience, Vaikunth has built a strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and channel management across consumer durables and industrial businesses. He has successfully driven market expansion, profitable growth, and sales transformation through customer-focused strategies and execution excellence.

Prior to joining Onida, Vaikunth held leadership roles with A.S. Moloobhoys, OneClickSupport, DuPont India, Eureka Forbes, LG Electronics, and Blue Star India, where he consistently delivered business growth, strengthened market presence, and built high-performing sales teams.

Vikas Sharma serves as Vice President - Customer Service, leading the organization's Customer Service strategy and operations. He is responsible for driving Customer experience, Service delivery, Operational excellence, Revenue generation, and Profitability while overseeing large-scale service networks and cross-functional teams.

An Electrical Engineering graduate from Aligarh Muslim University, Vikas brings over 27 years of leadership experience across Consumer Electronics, Telecom, IT, e-commerce, and Consumer Durables. His expertise spans customer experience strategy, P&L management, service operations, contact center operations, spares supply chain management, and business development, with a proven track record of transforming service organizations and delivering sustainable business growth.

Prior to his current role, Vikas held leadership positions with Hindware, B2X, Lenovo, Motorola Mobility, Nokia, Microsoft, Samsung, Haier, Electrolux & BPL. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale customer experience transformations, built high-performing teams across multiple geographies, introduced innovative service models, and strengthened strategic partnerships that have enhanced customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Mr. Prasad Oak works as the Vice President - Legal, Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary. He is a Commerce and Law graduate, he is also a qualified Company Secretary, a Fellow Member of the ICSI (FCS).

With around 22 years of overall experience, he specializes in Company Secretarial, Compliance and Legal functions.

He has previously held key roles and led teams at various organizations across different industries.
