We are happy to launch ‘Share Your Ideas’ – a platform where anyone can share an idea that they have, and maybe even see that incorporated into a future product! At Onida, we believe that consumers can add tremendous value with their daily experience in using household goods, and we seek to bring that to life.
Terms & Conditions governing this initiative
  • Only the Ideas shared on this website www.onida.com will be considered for evaluation.
  • The determination of "Best 3 ideas" will be done solely by ONIDA team.
  • Ideas shortlisted by ONIDA team will be suitably communicated to the person sharing the idea.
  • The decisions made by ONIDA will be final & binding.
  • ONIDA reserves the rights to terminate Share your ideas initiative without any prior notice.
  • There is no cash reward under this initiative.
  • In case of similar ideas from different persons, the person who records the idea first on our website will be eligible for evaluation.
  • The ideas shared with us under this Initiative will be the sole property of ONIDA and ONIDA shall thenceforth have all the intellectual property rights in such ideas.
  • The person sharing the idea represents and warrants that the idea(s) being shared by him does not violate the intellectual property rights of any person and that he is fully authorised and competent to share such idea(s).
  • Any dispute in respect of the matters above shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
  • This initiative is purely voluntary and there is no compulsion on anybody to mandatorily share his ideas with ONIDA.
